Miss Dianne is the Owner/Director of the program. She is a wife and mother of 2 grown children. She has a BA in Child Development from California State University Long Beach, a Family Development credential from Cornell University, and her Master Teacher and Director permits. She is also a Mentor Teacher for the California Early Childhood Mentor Program in Sacramento. Williams Child Care was recently rated one of the top seven performing child care programs in LA County…The best in Long Beach as reported by the Los Angeles County Department of Education and UCLA (STEP project).

Miss Daniela is also a wife and mother of 3. She is working on her Child Development degree at Cerritos College. She has worked with us for four years.

Miss Chela is a wife and mother of 4 grown children. She has been here the entire twenty years. Chela loves children and, in turn, the children love her. Very often “Chela” is a baby’s first word. She received her training many years ago in Mexico.

Nichell has worked with us three years (part time) while attending high school. She will begin Cerritos College in the Fall majoring in ECE. Nichell loves children. She works in her Church's nursery program and baby sits extensively for many of the WCC families
