About Us
Williams Child Care has provided quality child care / daycare / preschool for the Long Beach community for more than twenty years. Dianne Williams, the program director, graduated from California State University Long Beach with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Family Studies. The program is not only State Licensed, but is the longest nationally accredited site in Long Beach. The program is also a Mentor Site for the California Early Childhood Mentor program. The Mentor program allows students from local colleges and universities to gain experience working with young children in only the highest quality settings. Because we support a safe and developmentally appropriate environment we maintain a staff to child ratio of 3 children to 1 teacher and we have only 12 children on site at any one time.
